late period... weird cycle

Hi guys! So I got my iud removed 3 months ago and we aren’t trying to conceive. Last month I had 2 periods lasting a week long each. This month my period was supposed to come on the 28th and is still not here... we’ve had unprotected sex but he pulls out. Also last night since my period should be starting soon I let him finish in me since the possibilities aren’t high. I don’t feel pregnant but are the weird cycles normal? HELP
