7 weeks PP

Hoping someone has had a similar experience:

Since 3 weeks pp I’ve been feeling urgency to pee. Sometimes I go a lot sometimes a little but always like i still need to go. I also have terrible irritation around my urethra/labia minor- feels raw, dry,chaffed. My Gyno said there is no infection, it’s not a UTI and has only told me to rub lidocaine on the area. However as soon as the lidocaine gel dries the relief is gone and it hurts to walk,sit, basically move In anyway. This also doesn’t treat the constant urge to urinate. I’m at a loss and feeling really Desperate to feel normal again.
