Possible miscarriage 😭

a while ago I had a bad period even though I was in the pill and I had a really bad blood clot. I didn’t think much of it until today I remembered someone I showed said it looked like a miscarriage and my mum is also really spiritual and she did a thing to me to see if I would get my period and it cane back negotiate and then she asked if I was already pregnant and it came back positive. I can’t remember if my boyfriend and I had sex before I went away ( this blood clot happened while I was in Italy for three weeks )

I also have been depressed ever since it happened and I need help please. 😥
