Current symptoms

Just took a test last night came back positive👏🥰..our 3rd!...soo today i have been feeling really tired where my body aches...im feeling super bloated..also ive always had issues with cramping on my left side. I am still currently feeling the cramping and feel it almost down my left leg i feel it more when I lay down....im calling my OB tomorrow for my first appt. my other 2 pregnancy were great..just a lil worried for this pregnancy....have you girls experienced any cramping??
