Please Help. Day 4 postpartum, is painful engorgement/hard ducts that don't ever drain normal?

My boy is 4 days old and does have a lip tie. we have had issues with latches but I'm trying my hardest to make it not painful and have been nursing on demand (which is about every hour and 15 minutes, except for his 3 hour sleep cycle). But I have had several milk blebs/ blisters already and now my breasts are seriously engorged, on the sides they are always hard and have never been soft yet, I am worried I am heading towards 2 clogged ducts (both on the side near my armpits)

I had mastitis several times due to clogged ducts/ oversupply with the last kiddo because I pumped to bring in my supply while he was in the NICU. No pumping this time, but I am using a haaka to catch the milk that lets down on the other side while I nurse. Should I stop that for now?

Is it normal to be engorged on day 4 pp?

Is it have those hard ducts on my sides by my armpits?

My nipples are blistered and my breasts are so sore on the sides from those ducts I can barely touch them, is it normal will it subside?

How can I alleviate this pain I really want to make this work, but sometimes when he nurses I literally want to cry it hurts so much, then we have to relatch like 4 times before it is tolerable.

Feeling so discouraged, sorry for the long post.
