Tea anyone?

Is it ok to drink caffine free black tea and green tea while nursing? Baby is 4months and looking for an alternative to coffee as I'm trying to loose weight and I just cant do sugar free sweeteners or drink it black. . I mean I can, I just dont like it lol I'm drinking most of my calories with how much coffee I drink and that scale is killing me right now.. thanks in advance!
