Mamas with Bipolar...are you out there?!

Hi all. I had a baby 9 mo ths ago. He is amazing. My light and joy and my teacher. Always making me grow! I recently got diagnosed with bipolar 2 after a bout of PPD. anyways I'm learning and trying to get skills in managing my symptoms! Any mamas out there who are like me?? Any tips?? My hubby and I wanna grow our family soon too..so any advice or encouragement for that?

Honestly so happy for you. My sister has severe bipolar disorder and it stopped her from being a parent. She’s never there for my niece and is abusive physically, verbally, emotionally, and mentally. My mom now has full custody of my niece but it’s just sad.
