Would you still buy them food?

So I was walking in to Taco Bell and a man appearing like he might be homeless stopped me. He asked if I could spare any money that he hasn’t ate in 2 days and wants to buy some food. I told him I will buy him a couple tacos. I walk in Taco Bell and the person in line in front of me asks me what the man outside asked me. I told him he asked for money for food and he hasn’t ate in 2 days so I’m going to buy him some tacos. The person in line tells me they asked them the same thing and he gave them a $20 but he is still out there asking for money for food and not buying any food with the $20.

Obviously $20 is plenty to buy food at Taco Bell, in this situation would you buy them food or don’t since they already have money to buy themselves food?
