Had normal period but found out I’m actually pregnant

I tested the day before my period and it was a bfn. Got my period on time and I filled up tampons on the first and second day of my period. Lasted the 7days. Took opks for the heck of it which came out strong and again yesterday. So I decided to take a pregnancy test and they came back positive. I’m super confused. Went to my doctors to get blood work. Still waiting on my numbers, but there test came up positive as well. Had sex yesterday morning because I thought I was ovulating and I started bleeding after finding out I was pregnant. I had a Mc in Jan so of course I’m nervous. I never had my “period” show up when it was due and end up being pregnant. Makes me nervous because I used tampons and drank when I was on my period because I honestly thought I wasn’t pregnant that’s how normal my period was. Any advice or anyone here gone through something similar and be okay? No idea how far along I actually am
