is this implantation Bleeding? Help me

I am having light bleeding or spotting for 2-3 days. First day i found out that its light brown, then on the evening light pink. 2nd day light red and on 3rd day it is very light red and some spotting... I have used pantiliners but it is not that full if there is blood. And i took some pregnancy test its negative.. Is this my period But my period will be on next week. Help me.. am i pregnant? :) i hope i am :) thank you so much for the help :)
