How soon do you guys announce pregnancy to family and friends?

How long did you guys wait to announce?

When I peed and it was positive! 
My mindset is: today I am pregnant and I want to share the excitement!! 
And if something happened to the pregnancy, I’d want to lean on my family for the love, encouragement and support.

We told close family and friends right away and waited to announce publicly when I was 14 weeks

I told some coworkers and friends right away... I couldn’t really hide the morning sickness. I announced on Facebook with our 13 week ultrasound.

I told mum, sister and best friend straight away, but the rest of the family are getting a Christmas Day surprise. I’ll be 8 weeks then, so still a bit early but with having to avoid foods and drinks, plus the constant nausea and inability to keep food down -  it’s easier for everyone to know.

I’m waiting until this weekend and I have my first ultrasound this Wednesday I’ll be 12w1d

I waited 13 weeks with my first, 10 weeks with my second and now with my 3rd I’ll be sharing the news at Christmas.. I’ll be roughly 8 weeks. I normally wouldn’t share that early but my husband refuses to wait lol
