So confused..

So a week and a half ago I took a test. It was very faint. About 3 days later I started bleeding pretty heavy with some clotting for 2 days, I waited a week and took a test today. It was way brighter than the previous test, so I called my ob and asked to have my blood drawn, they called me and said my levels are only at an 8. So could I possibly have been Miscarrying, or could this be my rainbow? I didn’t think a test would be as positive as the one I got today. Just confused and worried. I miscarried August 10th with twins.. it was very hard. Picture of today’s test below
