Help please

I’m 30 wks and I have cholestasis, they gave me medicine for it but it doesn’t seem to help at all. I’m still so very uncomfortable. I’m at high risk at having preterm babies. I’m just over being pregnant I could cry about it honestly. I have an OB appointment Thursday. I’m just not sure what to do. Help! Give me some advice.
