Stretch and sweep success? Please make me feel better!!

I’m 39+5 today and had my first cervix check and stretch and sweep. The Dr said my cervix was just 1cm, still 2cm long and quite high. 😥

Just wondering other people’s stories with being in a similar position progress-wise (or not so progressed 😭) and still having success with a stretch and sweep that brought on labour and how quickly it all happened??

Feeling a bit disheartened and just want my baby here and my body back 😬😅💕
