Breaking the ice

I dont know how to break the ice.

Me and my boyfriend were arguing on Sunday, and we slept on it, with me thinking we’d address it on the Monday. But we were still bickering on the Monday morning before I left for work..

I’d forgotten he was going away with work, for one night and I didn’t see him before he left. So I haven’t seen him yet. But he’ll likely be home when I get back from work today.

He left me flowers to say sorry for upsetting me, so presumably wants to make things ok. He’s never bought me flowers before.

I want to make things ok too. But the way we both acted during arguments makes me question whether us being together is a good idea or not. I’ve needed the space and I’m still not sure.

I’m nervous about seeing him later and I don’t want to spark another argument as soon as I walk in. But at the same time I don’t want to pretend everything is ok
