How did you bring on labor?

Did anybody try to bring on labor themselves? Sex? Hot food? Raspberry Leaf Tea? What did you do? What happened and How long did it take?

I didn’t do anything. I knew that nothing beside medical intervention would bring on labor. I did try and stay busy but in the end my body was in charge. If you feel like trying things will help you feel productive and they are safe then go for it. Good luck! 💕

Lots of walking...a couple of evenings of long two mile walks and my baby girl started dropping I was already at 41 weeks

Sex. Right before bed. My water broke when I woke up the next morning and 7 hours later Maddie Claire was here.
