Caffeine too risky??

I just suffered a mc and am currently pregnant again , I tend to drink alot of coffee . Is a cup a day too risky?? Any advise??

Your allowed a cup a day... 200 mg of caffeine. Im not a coffee drinker but a soda drinker bad one or two 16.9oz a day and everyone is fine. Ive had 4 kids and due with twins

You can actually drink more than 200mg a day. The experts just dont agree on how much more, so they just pulled 200 out their asses and said thats it and they agreed to it.

I waited till I was 6 months to drink coffee again just to not worry about it. Peace of mind is everything.

You are allowed 200mg of caffeine a day so I initially limited myself to one cup a day and slowly transitioned to decaf. I love coffee so just drinking decaf after a while was a placebo effect I could get behind.

No. A cup a day is totally fine. I’ve drank a cup a day my whole pregnancy & I am now 37 weeks. I also had a miscarriage before this pregnancy.

I suffered from two miscarriages and therefore avoided all caffeine until late in the second trimester and kept it at a very minimum even then.
