Medicine for colds?

Question

I got a terrible cold and am absolutely miserable. I’ve taken Tylenol for sinus pain and to help with sore throat, and Benadryl at night to help with congestion and sneezing. Is there anything else I can take to help get over this cold? I can’t take off work too much now with Christmas coming so I need to be back on my feet ASAP.
I’m also 17 weeks pregnant.

you can take robitussin. tylenol made me feel so much worse. i don’t think the robitussin helped me much though. i just had to let it go away on its own. i just got over my cold over the weekend.

I'm dealing with the same thing 😓 That's kind of it. Humidifier at night may help. Hot tea with honey.

I have had two colds since getting oregnant and I am only 13 weeks! It’s miserable. I couldn’t ever find anything that I could take and I overthought it too much. So both times I took a Benadryl, a steamy shower, rubbed Vick’s on my chest, and bought a box of tissues and drank something hot. I also rested! Slept it off after the Benadryl. After I got pass the first initial 24 hour miserable cold, I was better the next day.
