Faint spotting

Need some reassurance on something! I’m about 7.5 weeks pregnant and have my first OB appt later today. When I wiped after peeing this morning I had a small amount of light brown discharge. I kept wiping to check and see if I had anything else and there was nothing else. Now every time I go to pee today I’m check the toilet paper to see if I’m bleeding or spotting. I think that if I am, it is very very faint. Like it looks like yellow from the pee with just the tiniest bit of pink, but i can’t tell for sure because it is so faint. Does/did anyone else have this?? I miscarried in April this year and have been trying not to freak out. Never spotted the whole pregnancy before today.
