Is this a healthy weight for me? (Read description)

I’m 17 and weight 150 lbs at 5’5 or 5’6 (been awhile since last measured), which is a BMI of 25. I have a medium build but size I/J boobs (naturally), so the internet says that’s around 5-10 lbs of weight. Two years ago I was 125-130, but I feel like I look the same now as I do then.

I dance pretty strenuously for 1.5-2 hours a day. I feel like I have a lot of muscle particularity in my thighs from dancing, probably gained some in the past few years too since my dancing has ramped up. I don’t eat that much (unrelated to my weight, I get nauseous often due to my also-unrelated anemia). However, because I dance what I do eat isn’t necessarily the best for me (I ingest probably 25% pure foods/healthy, 60% mixed, 15% unhealthy).

My question is- am I at a healthy weight or overweight? Should I watch what I eat more or am I okay?
