My fiance doesn't say he loves me back when we dont have sex

So my baby has been going through a sleep regression and is teething so nights have been rough. My fiance and I don't get much alone time together, but when she isnt sleeping or just wants me- it makes it almost impossible.

Well, we haven't had sex or anything in like a week. It really gets to my fiance when we aren't able to be intimate, but he wont even say he loves me. I will say it to him and he just ignores me or says "k". I'm really upset... I dont know what I'm supposed to do. I understand that he wants us to have time together and I want that too, but the baby is having a hard few days and needs me a lot more than usual.

By the time I get her down fully, it's super late and I have to be up at 530 am to go to work.

I just dont think it's fair that he is guilt tripping me or like punishing me...

Just had to vent :(
