Grunting while pooing
I just transitioned my LO to mostly formula and I introduced one serving of solids a day. Well for the past several days he grunts very loudly when he’s going poop and his face turns red! The consistency is still mushy but obviously not as runny as it was when he was exclusively breastfed.
Is this normal? I feel like he tries too hard to have a bowel movement
