Pregnancy Bruising

Has anyone ever gotten random large raised bruises on their skin while pregnant?

I have one on my right leg below my knee. It’s about the size of a quarter (maybe a little larger), it’s raised and very sensitive to the touch, it’s a little blue underneath, and the skin on top of it is very dry. I don’t remember ever hurting myself or running into something to cause it. It’s almost like it just showed up out of nowhere. And it’s been there a couple of days. I worry because I’m pregnant and I know weird things happen and your blood circulation isn’t great while pregnant sometimes.

Just wondering if this is something to be concerned about or if it’s something that can happen during pregnancy, even when I didn’t bump it on anything...
