Hemorrhoids?

Honestly, I could really use some reassurance right now. I’m currently on a very bad situation and experiencing a tough time with full blown depression and anxiety. I’ve had little bright red fresh blood on the top of my stool one time and a little dripping from my bum. I also had another time when I was constipated and had a very tiny spot of blood after wiping with toilet paper. I’ve seen my GP 2 times about this and was told hemorrhoids. I also saw a specialist (gastroenterologist) which found 2 internal & 1 little external hemorrhoid. He put that down to hemorrhoids. The bleeding was gone but I’ve been really anxious the whole time freaking out it could be anything serious and been over-analyzing my stool every freaking time (I know gross) and check for blood, which makes me beyond stressed and constantly worried. Anyone experienced this before? I’m 19 btw.😞
