Not as far as i thought question?? Please help, very confused

So I went to the er a few weeks back due to spotting (everything was fine) I went in thinking I was 6w2d based on LMP well the ultrasound (did bloodwork also) said I was 5w5d , now I am 8w6d today according to LMP and glow because I didn’t change it or didn’t want to until my first official OB apt next week will I still be a few days behind or does the baby catch up or how does that work

So according to my LMP today I would be 8w6d today, but does that mean I would actually be a few days behind based on what they told me at the hospital a few weeks ago?

My first OB with ultrasound is next Wednesday so I will know then but I’m just curious what to expect when they do the ultrasound like I’ve been looking at the 9 week ultrasound but I want to know would I need to look closer to 9 w 2 days or closer to 10 weeks ..
