Ready to start trying surprise ideas

My husband has been ready to start trying for our second for a long time now and I wanted to wait a few more months, but lately I’m coming around to the idea of starting to try now since it took us a while with our first. I want to do some kind of cute thing to surprise my husband and tell him I’m ready by wrapping something underneath the Christmas tree but can’t think of what. Any ideas? I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this
