How late was your babies first tooth?

My son will be 8 months tomorrow and he still hasn’t gotten his first tooth. I’m sure it’s normal for some babies to go longer without their teeth just feels like everyone else’s babies are getting them already. Just looking for some community feedback that others got their teeth later too.

Oldest was 10-11 months, second got hers at 4.5 months and this guy got his at 3 months

My baby got his first tooth a 3 months, my cousin has 11 month old twins, one had 7 teeth and the other has none!
I think it can be normal to not have any by 1 year, but keep an eye on them they can come up and down, sometimes they look like they’re right there but then calm down again.

My 2 oldest got started getting their teeth at 4 months. My third at 6 months and now my last just turned 8 months today and she’s teething now I can actually see the tooth starting to emerge.

My little girl will be 8 months on the 25th, and still no teeth. My nephew didn't get any teeth until he turned 13 months and his pediatrician wasn't worried at all.

My first got his first tooth at 8 months. My second is 7 months and is just now getting her first teeth. I’ve seen babies as old as 10-12 months getting their first and even as early as 5-6 months.

My oldest didnt have any teeth until he was almost 16 months. (This didnt hinder him from trying and eating everything).  We did BLW so his chewing or should I say gumming ability was very developed.
Honestly, the longer you dont have to worry about brushing the better!!

My first got his first tooth after he was 1. Can’t remember exactly when but it was between 1 and 1.5. This one has no signs of getting a tooth yet and he will be 8 months next week.
