Yeast Infection

So I have an extremely bad yeast infection that I just took antibiotics for the other day. My problem is the intense burning when I pee. It's gross but my entire vulva is like covered and it hurts and itches to remove it but I obviously don't want to start smelling but whenever I do clean it, the pain when I pee is even worse almost to the point I just don't want to go. I've taken Azo and it has kind of helped but not a lot. Should I just wait it out and suffer and hope it gets cleared up soon or talk to my doctor? It's only been 2 days since taking it...sorry for this long post
