Do I have to test pcos (take birth control)

I’m sick of taking it I just got diagnosed I’m 13 I just don’t want to take it idk if I’m in denial or what I just don’t want to and my whole family gives me a hard time was it like this for anyone else or just me😂￼￼

You don’t have to take birth control for PCOS. Actually you are just covering up your symptoms and not fixing the actual issue. I have “cured” my PCOS completely naturally. By eating healthy, using natural herbs and supplements, exercising and using natural beauty products - makeup, shampoo, toothpaste etc. it’s important because your body is extra sensitive with PCOS. Do your research and find what works for your body. What works for me might not be exactly what works for you. The main point is balancing your hormones.

I never took birth control. I’m now 32, was diagnosed early as well. You don’t have too. For me it actually increased my blood pressure, so it made one of my PCOS symptoms worse.  I focused on controlling my other symptoms such as weight gain, high blood sugar and high blood pressure until I was ready to have kids then focused on working on getting my periods regular. Honestly, I didn’t mind the irregular periods in my 20s. When they came they were so heavy and would last sometimes 2weeks I couldn’t have done that every month!
