How will it feel when baby switches positions or drop

Okay so. I just had the WORST pain ever throughout my entire stomach. All I felt was baby moving and very very sharp pains throughout my stomach. Then my stomach got hard in one place where it looked like her head or her butt was sticking out. Idk how to explain it but it hurts all I know is I had to breath quickly and hard to get relief as this was happening.

How does it feel for baby to “drop” or flip. Or switch positions period? Does it hurt.?
