I would not use it if you have regular cycles. I did the same exact thing after my miscarriage - almost drank it until i was warned it messes regular cycles up, and is meant for people who have PCOS. I decided to drink herbal red raspberry leaf tea instead. I’m on month 6 of ttc, but drinking that tea has virtually eradicated cramping, and brought my periods down from extremely heavy, to light.
