Pumping- How many times a day??

Question

My girl is 3 months (on the 7th) I’m trying to pump every 2 and 1/2 hours to keep up my supply but it’s exhausting! How often do you mommas pump if you do?
UPDATE: I’m getting around 3 oz (right breast) and 2oz (left breast) from my 20 minute sessions. After 10 minutes I physically have to massage or press my breast for anything to come out! Totally takes out the “hands free” from my pumping. I’m trying to aim to pump (at longest) every 3 hours daily. I seriously suck at math. How many oz am I making a day?  I’m going to “keep track” of my oz today to see! Any advice or comments are appreciated. You guys are great ❣️xxx

I feed on demand when I am home.  During the workday though I do 9 AM, 12PM, 3PM.

Exclusively pumping and I've cut down to 3 pumps a day. Still getting 25-27oz/day. Currently have just under 1800oz frozen. They say supply regulates by 12 weeks so if you are ready you could probably start to cut pumps!

Exclusively pumping. I'm down to 4 a day. 6am, 10am, 3pm and 9pm. I get about 30oz. You should be able to cut out a few pumps by now! I'd go crazy if I was still pumping that often. 😳

I pump 6am, 9am, 1pm, 3:30, 6pm,9pm

I pump twice a day, at 11am and at 9pm. I tired pumping more but the quantity of milk remain the same. I get 20oz at each pump

I pump just before I leave for work at 8am then 11:30 and 2:30. Then I breastfeed around 6:30pm, 9:30 pm, 3am and 6 am.

Thank you ladies! My supply is usually 5 or 6 oz per 20 minute session. I’m recovering from bad mastitis as well, I have a good bit in the fridge to. I’m just so scared of my supply dropping I know it’s hard to get it back up.

Same! At night I go 3-3.5 and that’s stretching it. It is exhausting. I hope it gets better, 😂.

I'm only pumping in the morning and sometimes at night before we go to bed because he falls out around ten 30 and sleeps until 4am sometimes five. I was pumping 4 times a day but that got to be too much so I cut back. I'm a stay at home mom with him tho so I try my best to just latch him. But if I start to feel engorged them I'll pull out the pump and store. Thankfully my supply is still plenty.

I pump 2:30 or 3 am (depending on when little one wakes for food), 6am, 9am, 12:30pm, 4pm, 9pm. My magic milk number  is 6. So i mainly make sure to pump 3 times before noon and 3 times after noon.
