Breast Pain @ 9DPO

Have had the worst breast pain of my entire life. Just cried because my shirt touched my breast while I was getting undressed. It has been like this since I woke up this morning. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests today and all are negative. Called my doctor freaking out because I have never felt breast pain like this before and she said it may just be too early for a test to pick it up. What do you all think?? 😭😭
