Blood test for PCOS

Hi ladies ! My Obgyn told me she will do some blood test done to confirmed if I got pcos or any other issue that is causing not for me to get pregnant . I’m just praying that finally I can

Pregnant the only thing I know is that I got a left

Fallopian tube blocked but I can still get pregnant with the right tube . I’m not 100% sure if I got pcos but I might have some of the symptoms ( irregular period / skipped / long cycles . Weight gain and difficult getting pregnant. My gut feeling is that I might not be ovulating on my own . Is that feeling I can’t ignore. I’m just nervous to find out .
