ADVICE! PLEASE HELP!

Need Help/Advise (all Welcome)
Been trying to get pregnant, (1 year now).
I’m 31 years old.
My doctor advise to lose weight, eat healthy, drink heaps of water and don’t drink alcohol. Which I follow but still no sign.
Had sex all the time except for the weekends due to my partner working in the weekends.
Follow my chart but still nothing. Pls send baby dust my ways. Thank you 💚
