Pcos Pregnant job

Hey ladies I recently found out I was pregnant,

I’m currently 4weeks 3days, first pregnancy but have had two previous chemicals...

I am a CNA, and recently got hired on at a nursing home where they want me to work 12 hour shifts, for me I’m really worried because of my PCOS Diagnoses.... I started today and it’s been nothing but cramps and sickness.... I do not want to loose my baby and I don’t have my first doctor appointment until 6 weeks soo December 20th what do you ladies think I should do... :/
