Contractions Question
So one thing I never really thought about was if Braxton Hicks do anything for us. So I looked it up and now I’m kind of confused.
Braxton Hicks are fake contractions. I know that. So if we aren’t having any painful contractions at all, then we are most likely not dilating, right? Because you’re only going to dilate if your having real contractions.
