Had another pelvic ultrasound done..

I had an ultrasound done two days ago and maybe she was checking for PCOS because I've been ttc for so long, but the last time I had one done I was 17 and the doctor made me think there was something wrong and suggested I start birth control and I did which is why I'm in the situation I'm in now. I had a transvaginal done 2 months ago and that doctor told me everything looked good so hopefully this obgyn will provide me with a solution for TTC instead of telling me to wait. I would hate to have to waste time searching for a doctor that will help
