Diva Cup to Conceive ??

Question

Hey y’all! Who has used a Diva Cup or something similar to trying to conceive...and if so what was your experience like and any advice?We have been trying for 9 months with no luck  and a coworker said she used her cup and that’s how she got pregnant!
I ordered one so it should be here tomorrow! Trying all I can before I reach out to my doctor for help!

I feel like the normal, old fashioned BD would be best. Sperm gets shot up there at like, 20 mph, something crazy like that?! It goes where it’s supposed to

There's no benefit to holding semen in. The semen is supposed to come out and the sperm are already on their way.

I've not conceived with one but just some general advice - practice putting it in and taking it out before you're under pressure to do so. They just take a bit of getting used to :) 
They're also so much better than tampons and pads during your period. My period a have been so much less painful (and a bit shorter) since I started using one.

Haven’t tried it. What would the benefit even be? I would think that the suction would pull everything away from your cervix which would be kind of counterproductive 🤔

How does this help you conceive? I thought it was for af? Not trying to be mean just a serious question as I’ve never heard this before.
