I’m PREGNANT 😰😰😓😓

I have 4 children by c-section, just had baby #4 September 4 by c-section.. hes 13.5 weeks old. Me and my husband have been using condoms except for ONE NIGHT two weeks ago and I guess that’s all it took. He was away for a week and when he came home we did it one time, just one time 🤦🏼‍♀️. I thought about taking plan B, I even went to the store, but as I stood there I said eh what are the chances. I tried for 6 months to get pregnant with my 4th, temping, ovulation kits etc... so of course I said eh whatever it won’t happen. Long story short I felt off this morning and boom positive test. 5 kids is a lot of kids but what I’m scared of most is being pregnant so soon after a section. My OB gave me an appointment for January 2 which is so far away for me to make decisions. I’m just so sad right now. Anyone get pregnant so soon after a c-section? Any stories or advice appreciated.
