Disney on Ice

I was gifted an opportunity to take my oldest son (7 years) to Disney on Ice. A friend of mine was going to take her grandkids but they have strep so she invited me. Problem is hubby is working overtime tomorrow and won’t be home early enough to watch our 3 month old. I would really like to take my oldest and he definitely wants to go, but I’m not sure about taking my 3 month old. It says you can bring kids under 2 without a ticket as long as they sit in someone’s lap, so I’m guessing I wouldn’t be able to take the car seat in and would have to use my wrap and wear him. The show is at 3 so I wouldn’t have to worry about it interfering with bedtime routine.

Has anyone gone to Disney on Ice before and have any insight? Would I have to take him without the car seat? Should I just tell her we can’t go or would it be feasible to go and take baby?
