How long did it take for you to get back to pre-pregnancy weight?!

How long did it take you to lose the baby weight and how much did you gain from pregnancy? Really hoping this weight falls off easily after delivery!

I don’t even weigh what I did before I got pregnant. I weigh less. I lost a lot of weigh and still haven’t gained it all back. I’ll weigh even less when I give birth, but I know I’m gonna have the mom pouch for weeks and I am so self conscious about that.

I gained 45lbs with my first as I was underweight to begin with. Within 2 months I was back to my original weight, I didn’t do anything to lose the weight either. But I was also really young with a great metabolism 
This time around I doubt I’ll be so lucky, my pre baby weight is more than I weighed when I had my son lol 11 years can sure make a difference

I gained 53lbs. with my first, i was down below pre-pregnancy weight by his first birthday. I didn't do anything to lose the weight, but my eating habits became that of borderline eating disorder due to really bad depression.

Just depends on your body. I was pretty small with all four of mine and blue gained 8-15 lbs. I was about 15 lbs under pregnancy weight right after birth and had a completely flat tummy but around 6 months postpartum with all of them I started to gain weight and get a little belly 🤷🏻‍♀️

About 9 months to lose it all again. 20lbs within the first 2 weeks. The rest was lost after I stopped breastfeeding at 7 months.

Baby is about 5 months and still about 7ish pounds more than my pre pregnancy weight. Don't let it discourage you if you don't lose it right away like the other people commenting. I gained 35 pounds in pregnancy. But my boobs are still huge 😁 lmfao even tho I'm not breastfeeding anymore. But I also haven't really tried to lose it other than eating better. Working full time with a baby really gives me no time to do anything like go to the gym

I found out today at my first prenatal appointment for baby #2 that I'm at the same weight I was before baby #1 🤷‍♀️

Everyone is different! I was pre pregnancy weight within 2 weeks ( a lot of my weight was just fluid though) but it’s taken my friend over a year! Don’t stress it. 😊 just take good care of yourself, that’s all that really matters
