Just curious

So I have a question, for whatever reason I cannot keep girlfriends !! When someone is my friend I treat them good and always there for them , never fight with them ! I don’t understand why people always stop talking to me, I understand people grow apart and such ! For example, I was friends with this girl since elementary but we stopped talking, but last year she posted something on Facebook asking for advice I responded because I was going through the same thing with my ex and kids at the time. We hung out almost everyday which is fine she would come to me about her problems and I’d do the same. My bf was in prison at the time , our relationship was fairly new. My bf set up this friend with one of his friends my friend and his friend hit it off. For whatever reason they stopped talking and me and her still hung out every day. She got kicked out of her in laws and asked me to come with her to see her parents for the first time since she was with her ex, I believe it was like six years since she last seen them . Everything went good I was there trying to support her . Her parents had an extra house and offered for their daughter to stay there . She said yes and asked them if I could move in (was a huge surprise) I told her okay . So we moved in and everything I was working and we were splitting the rent . Then out of no where she started acting so weird around me . I asked her if anything was wrong she said no! I asked her for a few days , still told me no. Then one day while I’m at work she texts me and said “if you feel uncomfortable you can leave” i was like “what, do you want me to leave ?” She said “yes” . I was like “ok , I’ll get my stuff then”. So as I’m packing I’m tearing up because I was upset and thought everything was good. So when I got there “I was like so what does this mean?” She’s like “we can still be friends” in my head I knew it was a lie . So I told her thank you for letting me stay and all and left , never heard from her again. I’ve been confused about this situation for a while this happened last year .... I never like did anything out of character.. so I just want to know what your opinions are!!! This all happens in a period of almost a year !
