Looking for some advice on CSA

Hello everyone please dont judge

So basically I've claimed for csa for my 5 year old daughter I've found out her dad is having another baby and hes been buying stuff for new baby but never brought anything for his first born ( my daughter) I've recently found out I can still get csa even if hes not on birth certicate so I decided to apply last night..

Hes not on birth certicate never seen her only time he technically saw her was at my first 12 week scan after that never seen or heard from him

My question is he wouldnt beable to get accesses for her now he be paying child maintance I know its two separate things
