I’m ready to move out (rant)

I have no one to talk about this with because they wouldn’t understand so I guess I’ll post it here. My mom started dating this guy 3 weeks ago and she keeps bringing him over to the house literally everyday for long hours. I’m stuck in my room for hours and I just don’t feel comfortable walking around in the house with some random man in the house. Our walls are also thin and I can’t concentrate at all when I hear loud voices (he talks loud) and a loud tv. I’m in college so studying is very important to me. I just feel like my space isn’t being respected. She has done this before with her previous boyfriend a few years ago. Literally every night I was stuck in my room by myself. I’m 18 now and I can drive but I have nowhere to go to for late nights. I’m afraid to stay late at school because it’s a long walk to campus to the parking lot. And our public libraries don’t stay open late. I feel like its turning back how it was in the past. She would spend every minute with her boyfriend and just forget about me. Now I’m just ready to move but I can’t because I’m broke college student
