What is happening???!?!?!

Any moms have any ideas. I’m on my way to pediatric urgent care after spending the last two nights in the ER. The first night they said it was likely a walnut allergy and gave her an epipen, benadryl, and prednisone steroid. The rash was 100% gone by the morning. 
Night 1-

It reappeared last night and we went back to the ER and they ruled out Henoch Schönlein púrpura and said said it was maybe just a second wave of the allergic reaction. 
Last night:

But even with the meds, that rash did not go away today. She took a nap from about 5:30-7 and woke up like this.... WTF IM FREAKING OUT. HELP?!?!?

Oh my goodness, yes take her back to the ER, preferably a children hospital. I hope she feels better soon. 
I’d say she is highly allergic to the nuts.

My child had a rash like this they cudnt figure it out said probably a virus.went away after a few days.scary tho

Omg poor baby girl 😞 take her to the hospital and beg them to take her right away to get checked. As someone else suggested choose a children’s hospital, in my opinion they’re much more efficient. Hope she feels better soon.
