Dirty nappies
My 4 week old little boy has had a poo at every nappy change since late Saturday night. He normally only poos twice a day. I had given him dentinox colic relief drop in the couple days before so maybe that and haven't given him any since Sunday afternoon but he's still pooping a lot just wondering if it's worth seeing a doctor or not. He's fine in himself and still drinking his bottles as normal.
