Potting Traning

Tips on potty traning a two year old boy he goes in to the bathroom with me or my husband or even his uncle and I’m pretty sure he’s saying pee as we are peeing but he can’t tell me he has to go pee yet he just pees in the diaper so how do I do it to where he understands that he needs to pee and poop in the potty first time mom so I have no clue what I am doing any thing would help my husband and I want to have another baby but want our son out of diapers before we do... Help Please and thank you....
