How do you all relieve breast pain? I'm all out of ideas!

Luckily I have not experience nausea however... I have never experienced such pain in my life. Like this pain is so severe and my nipple are so sensitive. My boobs hurt whether I'm wearing a good bra or not, they hurt to sleep against. It hurts to move, to wear clothes, they ALWAYS HURT. Does anyone have any advice as to how to alleviate some of this pain? I even bought a good maternity bra hoping that would help but no... I'm 6w5d and not sure how I'm going to manage this... also they are huge like I already wore a 30G and now I swear theyve increased a cup size in a week...
