If you are having really bad pains and not light period cramps then go get checked out. Just because bleeding hasnt started doesnt mean it's not happening. 
My cousin lost her left tube but still has 2 kids. 
I'm missing my left ovary but I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant.

My first ended up being a chemical. It all depends on your body and how you take care of yourself before during and after pregnancy. 
No luck since, but I ovulated way early when i had the chemical so..
But I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
